Tips

Ideal for deep frying and delicious in flavour, giving a balanced food-oil combination, for foods that are crispy, fresh and fragrant, dry and not oily in taste. Suitable for bread, confectionery and cakes. The oil should not be reused and frying temperatures should not exceed 180 degrees.

Conservation advice
