Corn oil has many excellent qualities: it consists mainly of polyunsaturated linoleic and monounsaturated oleic acids, both useful, as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, in the prevention of cardiocirculatory diseases. 

Zucchi corn oil combines these natural characteristics with the qualities of Vitamins E and B6: as well as protecting the oil itself from oxidation, vitamin E gives it the power to combat the damage caused to the body’s tissues by free radicals.

The added Vitamin B6, on the other hand, further improves the oil’s characteristics and stimulates the immune system.

An extremely versatile ingredient, it can be used for emulsions and as a condiment (also uncooked) and for making pastries.
